Each reading is conducted by Elkin with highest reverence in a sacred space and in a ceremonial manner before she transcribes the messages along with the photos of your cards into a beautifully personalized and highly detailed PDF that will be delivered via email in 7-10 working days.

If you would like ongoing support in a specific area of your life or simply would like to have monthly guidance, you will receive a discount by purchasing a bundle of 3 readings paid in advance.

Elkin specializes in crafting personalized fitness programs that combine her knowledge, experience and certifications in Yoga and Mat Pilates to create unique workouts targeted to your specific needs. Whether your goal is to increase your flexibility, create long lean muscle tone or simply find more self-acceptance, Elkin is ready to help you take control of your health.

Each session is 60 minutes in duration and is conducted virtually via Google Meet or Zoom. Elkin specializes in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Mat Pilates and can tailor each class to your preferences, whether that be a strict adherence to a single style or her unique fusion of Yoga & Pilates.

If you are not familiar with these styles of fitness, here is a brief outline:

Hatha yoga is a steady, grounding practice that focuses on breath, alignment, and longer holds to build strength, improve flexibility, and bring mental clarity. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice that links breath with movement, creating a rhythmic and energizing experience. Mat Pilates is a core-focused practice that uses controlled and precise movements to improve strength, posture and flexibility.

Because lasting change takes commitment to regular practice, PRIVATE TRAINING is only offered in packages. Elkin recommends training a minimum of twice a week in the beginning with 3 times a week being ideal.
